McLean Launches new No Language CD
For those who know McLean's stylings, the new offering (No Language) produced
by industry veteran John Whynot, won't disappoint. At its foundation is her
distinct Canadian grassroots sound and the intense reflective lyrics that compel
listeners to stay tuned.
Given the intensity of McLean's lyrics, there is little doubt that they reflect
her own personal beliefs and experiences. But there is no passing of judgment
or preaching in McLean's songs. They lay down good vibes that reinforce the
power of positivity and the benefits of branching out to try new things. The
rejuvenating effects of creativity are not only relayed through the music on
No Language. The disc's striking black and white cover art reflects the pure
wilds of Canada, featuring a photo of McLean, full of energy and life, bursting
from the waters of a northern Ontario lake. Spend a little time with McLean
and or her music, and the zest for life captured on the disc's cover comes through.
